Opt for the 2.5km challenge which begins with a thrilling powerboar ride out to the infamous rocks before a swim back to shore.

Our commitment to a light ecological footprint means a single registration tent, one convenient bag drop, no onsite sales, and minimal buoy placements—preserving the delicate seagrass ecosystem.

The 2.5km Old Harry Swim Challenge

Swim in waves from Old Harry Rocks back to Knoll Beach, Studland in this unique event.

 

You'll be powerboated out to the infamouis Old Harry Rocks, before a 2.5km swim back to shore.

Wetsuits optional | In water start | Gun timed

 

Receive a sew on badge and swim cap upon completion.

 

2 hour cut off | Tidal assisted | 21 September 2024 | Back up 22 September 2024 | Waves between 12:00 -15:00

Guided swims

​

If you want to explore the rocks themselves, join this guided swim/ scramble around the caves and rapids. This event includes a return powerboat ride to the rocks. You'll need a wetsuit (or shorts and t-shirt) and footwear that you can wear in the water as the rocks can be sharp in places.

The Isle of Purbeck is notoriously difficult to book accommodation for, we've made this simple by booking a whole house and a whole campsite, with both pre-pitched tents and open pitches available.
