The Wild Swimming Festival

Featuring the Jurassic Swim Challenge - a swimming event around the picturesque bay of Swanage. A choice of 4km and 2km swims events  are available to book now. 

With it's limited tidal range, golden sandy bay and an easterly outlook, Swanage Bay is renowned for it's clear, calm & swimmer friendly waters.

If a racing challenge isn't your thing, book your place for a personal challenge or join one of our small group guided swims of Swanage Piers, Dancing Ledge, Old Harry Rocks or Durlston bay

​

There are limited tickets up for grabs, act fast to avoid disappointment.

​

We are investing in Swanage's community's wild swimming initiatives.

Solstice Sunrise or Sunset Swim | Old Harry & Powerboat

Join us as we hit the water at first light and swimble from Studland to Old Harry Rocks (Summer) or from the boat to the rocks (Winter). Enjoy an epic sunrise and sumptuous homemade cake before being whizzed back to shore by powerboat.

The Old Harry Swim Challenge 2024

Discover stunning vistas both above and below the water's surface, all while championing conservation in this iconic race.

​

Navigate over sea grass forests and a sanctuary for seahorses, culminating in the renowned chalk stacks.

​

Opt for the 2.5km challenge which begins with a thrilling powerboat ride out to the infamous rocks back to shore, or take on the challenge of the full 5km return event.

​

Our commitment to a light ecological footprint means a single registration tent, one convenient bag drop, no onsite sales, and minimal buoy placements—preserving the delicate seagrass ecosystem.

​

Join us in supporting The National Trust's ongoing efforts at this exceptional location. Embrace the adventure while making a positive impact!
